Nicely sociable, there are 3 stools at the benchtop so cook up a storm while chatting to the family. This living area includes a sofa bed and a corner study nook, as well as a dining suite for 6. A reverse cycle air conditioner and overhead fan will keep you comfortable. A highchair is available for your convenience.

Head out through the glass sliding doors to the alfresco entertaining space, a terrific space for meals with its 6-seater outdoor setting under a full sun-protecting gazebo. Enjoy pre-dinner drinks while the kids play in the secure garden and you fire up the BBQ. This is what holidays are made of!

The bedrooms are all well-appointed and all house Queen beds. The master has a walk-in-wardrobe, air-conditioning and a shower ensuite, and the remaining 3 bedrooms all have built-in robes. Two have overhead fans. There is a family bathroom with a bathtub, shower and vanity and a separate toilet as well as a laundry with washing machine and dryer. All linen is included.

The garden is fully fenced and laid to lawn, perfect for a game of cricket. Please note that pets may be considered for a fee. The garage can take 2 cars and has internal access and further parking on the drive is possible. Bring your boat! This house can cater for so much.
